I’m working with one of your products but I don’t know which one it is. Can you identify a product?

Yes we can. Please email a picture of the product with the detailed markings and information on show to [email protected] and we will advise you on the relevant part codes.


If I need to call you, what information should I have to hand?

If you are calling regarding an order you have placed please make sure you have all relevant reference numbers to hand – such as product codes & order numbers. If you are calling in regards to a technical or installation query and you need product support, please ensure you have a product code or product name & size available.


How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

If you are in the UK our standard delivery will take 2-3 working days. If you would prefer a timed delivery we can organise this for you at an additional charge. Simply speak with one of our customer service team members and we can organise a delivery that’s right for you.


How much does delivery cost?

For orders over £100 The carriage fee is paid for by Reliance UK. For orders under £100 we charge a fee of £8 per order – we therefore recommend ordering in bulk where possible.


Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Here at Reliance UK we have a minimum order fee of £20 and cannot accept orders below this value.
